Shipping

All products (except books) are made-to-order, printed, packaged, and shipped directly from our printer usually within 3-5 business days of your order being placed if the item is in stock. Sometimes our printer has to place an order with the wholesaler for necessary sizes/colors which can add some delay. Due to supply chain issues, these delays are sometimes longer when our wholesale items don't arrive as quickly as we need, but our printer does ship as soon as possible.

We are working hard to improve our communications so we can inform you of any delay as soon as possible. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International orders may incur customs fees or taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer. International orders may take 1-3 weeks or more to arrive. Tracking information may not be available for international orders.

Note: Candles, books, and bookmarks ship separately from other products purchased and will arrive in a separate package.

Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns.

In the unusual event that you have received an incorrect item or a faulty item, please contact us within 3 business days for a refund or a replacement.

Crab Apple Books & More is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of package while in transit. That said, if you receive a mug or shirt damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work to issue a replacement as promptly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot replace books damaged in transit. In the case of a delayed or lost item, please contact your local post office or the appropriate shipping carrier for their help in tracking the package.
